Spend 45 minutes with Spencer Hendel, Austin Malleolo, or James Hobart in a custom coaching session for you, your members, and your coaches to break down any skill/movement of your choice!
Our goal will be to teach you how to warm-up for the movement, cover movement progressions, and even refine technique for those that already have the skill.
Potential topics include (but are not limited to) muscle-ups, barbell cycling, double unders, butterfly pull-ups, and more.
How it Works:
1) Complete a quick "survey" via email letting us know what skill you want us to cover
2) We'll hop on a video conference with you, your members, and your coaches to teach the movements and some progressions!
